Closing date for applications of intention to sit to be sent by October 12th 2018 to Severn School Ultrasound Lead Dr Paul Baines, at paul.baines@tst.nhs.uk.
Please note we will not be able to take application requests after the 12th October 2018 due to logistics of planning the day.
Logbooks to be signed-off by local ultrasound lead by 5th November 2018. The log books are required to be signed off to be to sit the exam.
